BoothMate Privacy Policy

Effective May 14, 2026

BoothMate is designed to keep your booth, catalog, sales, partner, booking, image, settings, and notification data on your device. We do not collect or transmit this information to BoothMate servers in this release.

What You Store in BoothMate

When you use BoothMate, you may enter shop or circle details, product and variant details, categories, booth names, dates, locations, booth numbers, partner details, bookings, transactions, payment method labels, discounts, notes, and stock records.

You may also choose images such as product photos, booth cover images, and QR or payment images. These images are saved in BoothMate's local app storage.

How We Use It

BoothMate uses the information saved in the app to provide its core features, including inventory management, point of sale workflows, sales history, reports, partner payouts, bookings, reminders, and app settings.

BoothMate does not use your app data for advertising, tracking, analytics, or user profiling. This release does not include accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, payment processing from other companies, or BoothMate server collection.

Photos and Notifications

When you choose an image, BoothMate uses the photo selection tools provided by your device platform where available. The app receives only the photos or images you select for use in BoothMate.

If you allow notifications, BoothMate schedules local booth reminders on your device. You can manage reminders in BoothMate and change notification permissions in iOS Settings or Android system settings.

Storage

Your BoothMate data is stored locally on your device so the app can work reliably during events, including when internet access is limited or unavailable.

BoothMate does not send your app data to BoothMate servers. Your data may leave your device only when you choose to share or copy it, or through Apple, Google, or device features outside BoothMate such as iCloud backup, Google backup, device backup, device restore, AirDrop, Messages, Mail, or other apps you choose.

Your Choices

You can edit or delete BoothMate records inside the app. You can remove local BoothMate app data from your device by deleting the app, subject to any backups or copies you created outside BoothMate.

If you share an image, copy information, or send BoothMate data to another app or person, that copy is handled by the destination you choose.

Contact

For privacy questions, data requests, or support, contact BoothMate at boothmate.id@gmail.com.

If BoothMate adds cloud sync, accounts, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or other data collection in a future release, this policy and the App Store privacy details or Google Play Data safety information should be updated before those changes are released.
